Shipping / Delivery:
Our products are delivered via two main methods: Australia Post (Express Post, E-Parcel, E-Parcel Express) or by Courier (Star Track and TNT). An email with the consignment tracking number is sent at the end of the business day, if applicable. Shipping duration is generally the next working day (from when payment has been received by Coffee Parts) depending on the location of the customer. In the event that our couriers return the goods to us as undeliverable for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of redelivery. If orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have all delivery charges deducted from any refund amount given.
Approximately Shipping Cost:
Within Australia: $10.00 (based on a total weight not exceeding 3kg)
Internationally: Costs will depend on the shipping weight; we go by Australia Post registered prices. You can get pricing indication by referring to the Australia Post site.
If the product is above this weight, you will be notified of the additional shipping cost.
International:
International orders are common. Goods will be shipped and customs documents filled out as per government policy. Australia Post (Registered or Express) is our preferred carrier.
